Refund Policy

At Tala Jewellery, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you need to return an item, we offer a 3-day return window from the date of delivery. To start the process, please reach out to us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Please note, returns and exchanges are not available for custom-made or personalized pieces.

For a return to be approved, your item must remain in its original condition, unworn, unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To request a return, contact us via email at info@talajewellery.com or send a WhatsApp message to +971 55 225 4600. All returns should be shipped to this address: Gold & Diamond Park , Building - 5, 1st floor, Office No. 101, Sheikh Zayed Road.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to send your package back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages or Incorrect Items:

We recommend thoroughly inspecting your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us immediately so we can address the issue and provide a resolution.

Exchanges:

If you’d like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for your preferred item.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of our decision. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the transaction.
